Mr. W. Machell was appointed Assistant Master on probation for twelve months from 18th April 1892.
As the period of probation has nearly expired and Mr. Machell has discharged his duties to my fullest satisfaction, as mentioned in my annual report, I have the honour to recommend that he be confirmed in his appointment and receive the same salary as other Assistant Masters.
